Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an official letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated September 20, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of bonds KZP01Y10E855 (KZ2C00003077, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", HSBKb19) of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan in the period from February 12 to August 11, 2016.

According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review; as of August 11, 2016 3,834,825 pieces of said bonds remained unplaced.
