OREANDA-NEWS. Insurance company Amanat (Almaty, hereinafter in the quote – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE of receiving a statement of claim:

"The statement of claim from Zhambyl Regional State Revenues Department of the State Revenues Committee of Kazakhstan's Ministry of Finance of September 19, 2016 submitted to Almaty Special Inter-district Economic Court, received by the Company on September 23, 2016 regarding recovery of insurance payout on customs fees, taxes and fines to a total amount of KZT64,80,805".
