OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has withdrawn its credit rating on RKB Bank JSC. The bank has been assigned an exit rating of ‘D’. RKB Bank was assigned NRA’s first-time credit rating on July 29, 2015, the latest rating action on the bank (the credit rating downgrade to ‘BBB’) dates June 3, 2016.
