OREANDA-NEWS. Moody's Investors Service has today changed the outlook to positive from stable on the B2 local- and foreign-currency long-term deposit ratings of Tinkoff Bank. At the same time, the B2 long-term deposit ratings, B3 subordinated debt ratings and the Not Prime local- and foreign-currency short-term deposit ratings have been affirmed.
