NRA’s first-time ‘A’ credit rating was assigned to AFG National LLC and extended to Zemelny Resurs LLC on Apr. 22, 2013. The latest rating action on the group (the ‘A’ credit rating affirmation with a positive outlook) was on Dec. 25, 2015.
