OREANDA-NEWS.  KEGOC (Astana) has informed KASE that "The Pavlodar Municipal Court in its ruling dated August 22, 2016 received by KEGOC on August 26, 2016, has appointed a court hearing of the lawsuit filed by Yerganat Zhamenke against the Mayor of Pavlodar, KEGOC with third parties from the Pavlodar Land Relations Office and the Land Cadastre Research and Production Center involved to recognize the rulings issued by Pavlodar City Mayor Administration Office as invalid."
