OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has assigned its ‘A’ credit rating to PSN-PM LLC’s Series 01 Bonds (Reg. No 4-01-36515-R). The outlook for the rating is Stable. It is the first time that the bonds are assigned a credit rating.

Founded on May 7, 2008, PSN-Property Management LLC (Russian Cyrillic: ООО «ПСН Проперти Менеджмент») offers real property management services (mostly the maintenance and operation of a non-residential pool owned by PSN Group). The company intends to place its debut bonds (10,000,000 with pay value of RUB 1,000) through an open subscription process. The bonds, secured in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the issuance Prospectus, are to mature within 3,640 (three thousand six hundred and forty) days from a day on which they begin to be placed. The issue was registered by the Central Bank of Russia on Aug. 18, 2016. Promsvyazbank Public Joint-Stock Company acted as the bond underwriter. The bonds have a 182-day coupon period. The first coupon rate may be determined through a tender process or based on investor bids to purchase the bonds at a fixed price and coupon rate set by the issuer.
