OREANDA-NEWS. Moody's Investors Service has assigned a Ba2 rating to the senior notes to be issued by Listrindo Capital B.V., a wholly-owned special purpose vehicle established in The Netherlands by Cikarang Listrindo (P.T.) (Cikarang, Ba2 stable). The proposed senior notes will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Cikarang.

The outlook on the rating is stable.

Cikarang will apply the proceeds of the proposed senior notes issuance primarily for refinancing its debt.
