S&P Global Ratings today lowered its ratings on Structured Enhanced Trust Securities Series 1999-5's $37.297 million trust units principal - and interest-only classes to 'BBB+ (sf)' from 'A - (sf)', and removed them from CreditWatch, where they were placed with negative implications on May 12, 2016.

Our ratings on the units are dependent on our rating on the underlying security, Halliburton Co.'s 7.60% debentures ('BBB+') due Aug. 15, 2096, which we lowered to 'BBB+' from 'A-' on July 29, 2016, and removed from CreditWatch, where we had placed it with negative implications on May 4, 2016.

We may take subsequent rating actions on the units due to changes in our rating assigned to the underlying security or amendments to the transactions terms.
