OREANDA-NEWS. Rabobank Capital Funding Trust III issued the Trust Preferred Securities (ISIN: XS0203891840) on 21 October 2004. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Trust Preferred Securities, Rabobank Capital Funding Trust III may elect to redeem the Trust Preferred Securities on 21 October 2016, subject to certain conditions, including the approval of Rabobank Nederland and the Dutch Central Bank (De Nederlandsche Bank N.V.). Rabobank Nederland confirms that it has given such approval and that such approval has been obtained of the Dutch Central Bank.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Sections 6.3 and 6.4 of the Amended and Restated Trust Agreement and the terms of the Trust Preferred Securities, Rabobank Capital Funding Trust III has elected to redeem and will redeem all of the Trust Preferred Securities at 100% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest, on 21 October 2016
