OREANDA-NEWS. In accordance with the documents received, Nasdaq Riga started the procedure for listing SIA VIA SMS Group bonds on Baltic Bond list.

Till now VIA SMS Group has issued 1 762 bonds with the total nominal value of 1 762 000 EUR, these bonds have been listed on Baltic Bond list as of August 5, 2016. According to the bond issue prospectus VIA SMS Group has a right to issue additionally 4 538 bonds till August 25, 2016, by reaching a total issue size 6 300 000 EUR.

Settlement date for additionally issued 195 bonds for which the Listing Application has been received has been set to August 18, 2016.

On August 17, 2016 procedure for listing of additional 3 648 bonds has been initiated. Thus after initiating procedure for listing of additional 195 bonds, two listing procedures for listing additional bonds on Baltic Bond list are ongoing.
