OREANDA-NEWS. Zhaikmunai (Oral), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of the following:

"On August 11, 2016 Zhaikmunai received a statement of claim from Sun Drilling LLP, in which Sun Drilling request the court to terminate an agreement between Sun Drilling and Zhaikmunai. The management thinks that this claim is unjustified and cannot affect investors' interests".
