OREANDA-NEWS. Agrarian Credit Corporation (Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press-release:

"As part of implementation of item 60 of the Nation's Plan – 100 specific steps to implement the five institutional reforms of the Head of State Nursultan Nazarbaev, the Corporation has funded a project on developing the dairy production in the village Arkabai in Talgar district of Almaty region.

More than KZT500 mln of funds provided by the Corporation make it possible for Baiserke-Agro LLP to step up the capacity of the existing dairy farm to 850 heads of cattle.

These funds allowed the farm to buy new equipment and complete the construction; it is supposed to produce around 16 tons of milk a day, or 5 thousand tons per year".
