Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc. Reports its financial results for the periods ended June 30
OREANDA-NEWS. Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc., (the “Company”) (OTCQB: PFHO) today filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") its quarterly report on Form 10-Q announcing its financial results for the periods ended June 30, 2016.
Results
The Company reported net income of $75,982, or $0.09 per basic and fully diluted common share for the second quarter ended June 30, 2016, compared to net income of $439,101, or $0.55 per basic and fully diluted common share, for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015. For the first six months of 2016, the Company reported net income of $172,108 or $0.22 per basic and fully diluted common share, compared to net income of $947,342 or $1.19 per basic and fully diluted common share for the first six months of 2015.
Total revenues for the second quarter 2016 were $1,249,709 compared to $2,261,105 for the same period in 2015, a decrease of $1,011,396 or 45 percent. For the first six months of 2016, the Company recorded total revenue of $2,558,870 compared to total revenues of $4,630,203 for the same period in 2015, a decrease of $2,071,333, or 45 percent.
Net cash provided by operations decreased to $646,347 during the six months ended June 30, 2016, from $813,032 for the same period in 2015, a decrease of $166,685 or 21 percent.
Cash balance at June 30, 2016 and December 31, 2015 was $4,467,209 and $3,834,924, respectively.
