OREANDA-NEWS. S&P Global Ratings said that it placed its 'BBB-' long-term rating on Carlow University, Pa.'s previously rated series 2011 revenue bonds on CreditWatch with negative implications.

"This action follows our repeated attempts to obtain information of satisfactory quality to maintain our rating on the securities in accordance with our applicable criteria and policies," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Gauri Gupta. Failure to receive the requested information by Aug. 22, 2016 will likely result in our withdrawal of the affected rating, preceded, in accordance with our policies, by any change to the rating that we consider appropriate given available information.
