OREANDA-NEWS. S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'D' corporate credit and issue-level ratings on South American shipping company Ultrapetrol (Bahamas) Ltd. We subsequently withdrew the ratings at the company's request. At the time of the withdrawal, the company was still negotiating with its debtholders to reach a definitive agreement on debt restructuring.
