According to Fitch Ratings there is no rating impact to CD Commercial Mortgage Trust commercial mortgage pass-through certificates series (2007-CD4) as a result of the swap termination agreement for the Class A-MFL certificates (rated 'Asf'/Outlook Stable). The class will retain the same cusip number (12513YBC3) and be renamed Class A-M.
