The Board of Žemaitijos pienas AB has decided to recommend to the general meeting of shareholders of the Company to consider the question regarding delisting of the shares of the Company from trading on the regulated market AB Nasdaq Vilnius and non-execution of the public offering of the shares of the Company. For this purpose to convene the general meeting of shareholders of the Company on 26 August 2016.
