OREANDA-NEWS. Subsidiary Bank RBS (Kazakhstan) (Almaty), a member of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a certificate of re-registration of a legal entity dated July 18, 2016, according to which its new name is Joint-stock company Bank ExpoCredit.

According to said document, the location of Bank ExpoCredit is as follows: 45 Kazhymukan street, Medeu district, Almaty 050059, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.
