OREANDA-NEWS. S&P Global Ratings today withdrew its 'BBB-/A-3' corporate credit ratings on Dutch utility Essent N. V. and the group's subsidiary Essent Nederland B. V. at the issuer's request. The outlook was negative at the time of withdrawal.

Prior to withdrawal, the ratings on Essent and its subsidiary reflected the ratings on the parent, German integrated utility RWE AG (BBB-/Negative/A-3).
