The Board of Directors of the general partner of Western Refining Logistics, LP (NYSE:WNRL) declared a quarterly cash distribution for the second quarter 2016 of $0.4125 per unit, or $1.65 per unit on an annualized basis.  This distribution represents a 13% increase over the second quarter 2015 and is the 10th consecutive increase in the quarterly distribution for WNRL unitholders.  The 2016 second quarter distribution will be paid on August 26, 2016, to all unitholders of record at the close of market on August 12, 2016.
