OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has maintained the Rating Watch Negative on Banco de Bogota S.A.'s (Bogota) Viability Rating (VR) and Issuer Default Ratings (IDRs). Fitch has also maintained the Negative Watch on the following related entity ratings:

--Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (Grupo Aval) IDR of 'BBB';
--Corporacion Financiera Colombiana S.A. (Corficolombiana) IDR of 'BBB+'.

At the same time, Fitch also affirmed other ratings for Bogota and related entities that were not directly affected by the Watch status.
