OREANDA-NEWS. Kazkommertsbank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a press release saying that the bank "jointly with the local administration of Aktobe region intends to reinforce economic activity of the region within the framework of a Joint Memorandum signed by the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank, Marc Holtzman, and the mayor of the region, Berdybek Saparbayev".
