National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (Astana, hereinafter – the company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 29, 2016 on approval of the report on results of offering of the company's shares.

According to the letter provided:

- the National Bank approved the report on results of the offering of the company's shares in the period from October 2, 2015 to April 1, 2016;

- as of April 1, 2016 495,062,686 ordinary shares of the company were  outstanding; its share capital equaled to KZT901,851,676,000.00.
