Baltic Dairy Board Development Plans
OREANDA-NEWS. Baltic Dairy Board ltd inform that on 7 July 2016, the Minister of Agriculture J?nis D?klavs together with representatives from non-governmental agriculture advisory council and on July 8, the Prime Minister Maris Kucinskis together with the local government were visiting "Baltic Dairy Board" factory in Bauska.
Factory`s management presented the Baltic Dairy Board's achieved results, informed about the future plans for the next 3 -5 years to invest in the development of the factory 18 mlj. EUR for the construction of drying tower and new technological equipment, as well with the idea in the next five years to increase the amount of production and reach the plant processing capacity from 800 to 1,000 tons per day. The company also plans to start deep protein processing, producing new very high added value products.
The necessary financing is planned to get from the bank loan, new bond issues or attraction of strategical investor and as well as through the company's own investments.
