Fitch Upgrades Four Classes of BSCMS 2004-PWR5
OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has upgraded four and affirmed six classes of Bear Stearns Commercial Mortgage Securities Trust, commercial mortgage pass-through certificates, series 2004-PWR5 (BSCMS 2004-PWR5). A full list of rating actions follows at the end of this press release.
The upgrades reflect an increase in credit enhancement since Fitch's last rating action. The pool has become more concentrated with only 11 loans remaining; however, loan performance remains stable, and modeled losses are in-line with expectations at the last rating action.
