OREANDA-NEWS. In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order No. OD-1365, dated 27 April 2016, to manage the Moscow-based credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK INTERNATIONAL BANK OF FINANCE AND INVESTMENTS or OJSC BANK MBFI, the Bank of Russia took the following decision (Order No. OD-2156, dated 7 July 2016):

to appoint Yevgeni S. Polonetsky, chief economist of the financial monitoring of banking activities, financial markets and foreign exchange control section of the Voronezh Regional Division, as a head of the provisional administration of the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK INTERNATIONAL BANK OF FINANCE AND INVESTMENTS from 7 July 2016;

to withdraw Alexander V. Sychyev from the provisional administration of the credit institution OPEN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY COMMERCIAL BANK INTERNATIONAL BANK OF FINANCE AND INVESTMENTS from 7 July 2016.
