OREANDA-NEWS. Bank of Astana (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "the extraordinary general meeting of the Bank's shareholders, scheduled for June 30, 2016 and repeated extraordinary general meeting of Bank's shareholders, scheduled for July 1, 2016 did not take place due to the absence of a quorum".
