Peab has acquired 90.3 percent of the shares in Solberg Maskin AS in Trondheim.  In 2015 Solberg Maskin had a turnover amounting to NOK 88 million. The company has 67 employees and has the local market in Trondheim as its field.

The seller remains with 9.7 percent of shares.

Peab is the Nordic Community Builder with some 13,000 employees and net sales exceeding SEK 44 billion. The Group has strategically located offices in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The share is listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.
