OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has affirmed Venezuela's Long-Term Foreign- and Local- Currency Issuer Default Ratings (LT FC/LC IDR) at 'CCC'. Fitch has also affirmed the sovereign's Short-Term Foreign Currency (ST FC) IDR at 'C' and country ceiling at 'CCC'.
