OREANDA-NEWS. Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty, hereinafter – the bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 23, 2016 according to which:

- National Bank took note of non-placement of the bank's shares in the period from December 5, 2015 to June 4, 2016;

- as of June 4, 2016, 12,871,481,549 ordinary shares and 290,140,570 preferred shares of the bank remained unplaced.
