Eastcomtrans (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "on June 30, 2016 the Company made a partial Eurobonds (ISIN XS0918292151, ECTRe1) buyback, namely 400,000 Eurobonds worth USD400,000 (in nominal terms). The Company shall annul Eurobonds bought back in compliance with the securities issue prospectus dated April 18, 2013".
