OREANDA-NEWS. In order to update the provisional administration personnel appointed by Bank of Russia Order to manage JSC SMARTBANK, the Bank of Russia took the following decision:

to appoint Vyacheslav Ye. Zlobin, lead legal advisor of the legal department of the Kursk Regional Division, as a head of the provisional administration of JSC SMARTBANK from 29 June 2016;

to withdraw Yevgeni B. Vaisberg from the provisional administration of the credit institution JSC SMARTBANK from 29 June 2016.
