OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 June, the Bank of Russia introduces into circulation a commemorative 10 ruble coin dedicated to the Amur Region.

This will be the second coin of the 2016 The Russian Federation Series. The composite coin is made up of two parts: a white-coloured metal disc and an external yellow- coloured metal ring. The reverse side of the coin holds an embossed image of the Amursk Region’s emblem.

Additionally, in line with the current issue programme, a ten ruble coin will be released. This one will be devoted to the town of Gatchina. The Towns of Martial Glory Series already includes 42 coins in circulation, with the latest released on 15 March 2016. The Gatchina coin will feature an embossed picture of the town’s emblem.

The circulation of each coin totals 10 million pieces.
