Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of its "having been brought to administrative responsibility according to a resolution of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2016 regarding an administrative sanction in form of a penalty in the total amount of KZT848,400 for committing violations stipulated in part 2 of article 213 of Kazakhstan's Administrative Violations Code".
