AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty), bonds of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 21, 2016, according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP03Y08D881 (KZ2C00002459, KASE official list, category "other debt securities", LARIb4) of AsiaCredit Bank for the period from November 22, 2015 to May 21, 2016.

According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the period under review. As of May 21, 2016, 10,000,000,000 of said bonds remained unplaced.
