OREANDA-NEWS. ForteBank (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter of the National Bank of Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of June 17, 2016 according to which:

- National Bank took note of non-placement of the Bank's shares in the period from November 22, 2015 to May 21, 2016;

- as of May 21, 2016 57,615,895,911 ordinary shares of the Bank remained unplaced.
