Bank RBK (Almaty, hereinafter – the Bank), whose securities officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has in an official letter informed KASE that "in accordance with the decision of the Annual general meeting of the Bank's shareholders held on May 30, 2016, the Bank on June 17, 2016 paid out dividends to holders of preferred shares of the Bank (NIN KZ1P35450116) based on FY 2015 results, to the total amount of KZT290,224,000, which makes up 100% of the amount payable, the ex-dividend date is June 13, 2016".
