Bank RBK has informed KASE that "on June 21, 2016 the Bank received a Resolution of the Specialized inter-district administrative court of Almaty dated June 15, 2016 whereby the Bank was brought to an administrative responsibility for committing an offence under part 1 Article 214 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences and imposed an administrative penalty constituting anadministrative fine of KZT1,696,800".
