OREANDA-NEWS. Caspiy Neft, whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "the Company's Board of Directors on June 17, 2016 decided to appoint Bagytkali Imashev as the Company's CEO until the adoption of a decision by the Board of Directors to terminate powers of the Company's CEO."
