OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency has assigned its 'A' credit rating to Krasny Oktyabr-Rasskazovka LLC (Russian Cyrillic: ООО «Красный Октябрь-Рассказовка»). The outlook for the rating is Stable. It is the first time that the company is rated by NRA.
