OREANDA-NEWS. Under the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum Sberbank has signed the memorandum of understanding with Croatia’s Agrokor Group, the largest privately owned retailer and food producer in Southeast Europe.

The memorandum was signed by President, Chairman of the Executive board of Sberbank Herman Gref and President of Agrokor Group Ivica Todoric.

The memorandum foresees long-term cooperation development in the markets of Russia, Croatia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia. Among the spheres of cooperation there are investment banking products, joint sales channels, installation of the bank terminals and ATMs and others.
