OREANDA-NEWS. Bank CenterCredit (Almaty), securities of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on August 12, 2016 by way of absentee voting.

The sole issue on the meeting's agenda is the issue of changing the composition of Bank CenterCredit's Board of Directors.
