The outlook for the rating has been revised to Stable from Positive. The company was assigned NRA'sfirst-time 'A' rating on Sep. 28, 2009. The latest rating action on BCS AM (the 'AA' financial reliability rating affirmation and Watchlist placement with positive implications) was on Mar. 3, 2016.
