OREANDA-NEWS. National Rating Agency (NRA) has raised its national scale credit rating on Otkritie Capital International Limited (OCIL) to ‘AA+’. The outlook for the rating is Stable. At the same time, NRA has affirmed its global scale ‘iBBB-’ rating on OCIL with a stable outlook. The company was assigned NRA's first-time national scale and global scale credit ratings of ‘AA-’ and ‘iBB+’ respectively on Mar. 28, 2012.
