KASE Suspends Trading in Preferred Shares of Halyk Savings Bank
OREANDA-NEWS. Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board, as of June 9, 2016 trading in the following shares of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty) was suspended:
- preferred shares KZ1P33870117 (KZ000A0LE0R6, first category, HSBKp);
- preferred shares convertible into ordinary shares, KZ1P33870216 (KZ1P00000244, first category, HSBKp1).
This decision was taken in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 35 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules".
