OREANDA-NEWS. According to the rating of “Forinsurer” online magazine UniCredit Bank was recognized to be the most popular bank with foreign capital in terms of insurance companies’ deposits.

The bank took the fourth place after three state financial institutions outranking all other commercial banks. Online media also published reliability ratings of the largest banks of Ukraine in 2016 by which UniCredit Bank entered the TOP-10 reliable banks both for individuals and legal entities. Furthermore, UniCredit Bank was named in the list of ten most profitable banks of Ukraine.

The ratings were built up on the basis of banks’ statistics of 2016 provided by the NBU. In particular, it was considered whether a bank is able to return deposits immediately in case of problems with loans repayment and customers’ debt growth, as well as reputation of shareholders.
