OREANDA-NEWS. In January–May 2016 the volume of trades on the repo transaction market of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made up KZT24,001.2 bn (equivalent to USD69,621.0 mln) and increased 2.4 times (1.3 times in dollar terms) on the similar period of 2015. 
In comparison with the previous five-month period (August–December 2015) the trade volume increased 2 times (1.6 times in dollar terms).
