OREANDA-NEWS. In January–May 2016 the volume of shares trading on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)* made up KZT60.5 bn (equivalent of USD178.5 mln) and increased 2.8 times (1.6 times in dollar terms) on the respective period of 2015.

In comparison with the previous five month period (August–December 2015) the volume of trading decreased by 92.9 % (by 96.0 % in dollar terms).
