Kcell (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange, has informed KASE of being brought by the decision of the State Labor Inspectorate and Migration Division to an administrative liability under part 1 of Article 90 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
